The City of Katy Public Works Department provides 24 hour emergency services.   To report emergencies between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4 :00 PM, please call our public works office at 281-391-4820.  If there is an emergency after normal business hours, weekends or holidays, please call the Police Department at 281-391-4848.   They will contact the appropriate public works personnel.
