Water Rationing
October 2011 – Due to the ongoing extreme drought conditions, the City of Katy will remain in a voluntary water rationing stage. Help conserve water by NOT watering lawns between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Please check for any water leaks around your residence or business and do your part to conserve water by implementing minimum water and sprinkling practices.
